What is the deformation temperature of the gift bag?

The English name of Dalian gift bag is Polypropylene (PP for short). The so-called PP bag is a plastic bag made of polypropylene. It usually uses color printing, offset printing process, bright color, and usually makes woven bags. In addition, PP bag is a stretching polypropylene plastic.

It belongs to one kind of thermoplastic. It is non-toxic, tasteless and transparent. Easy to burn, the flame situation is melt dripping, yellow and blue, less smoke after fire, continue to burn, mostly used in cosmetics, food, toys, clothing, stationery, electronics, hardware products and other industries packaging. PP is a crystalline polymer. The density of PP in common plastics is only 0.91g/cm3 (smaller than water).

In general plastics, PP has good heat resistance. Its thermal deformation temperature is 80 - 100 C, and it can be boiled in boiling water. The material is transparent in color, excellent in quality and good in toughness. Because of its hard and brittle material, it is only suitable for packaging and not suitable for load-bearing. However, PP also has some shortcomings: low dimensional accuracy, insufficient rigidity, poor weather resistance, easy to produce "copper hazard". It has POST-SHRINKAGE phenomenon, easy to aging, brittle and deformation after demoulding.
